Job Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for data centre project bidding, identifying project risks & key assumptions, and proposing solutions till risks are resolved.
• Taking charge of technical management and quality management for data centre project delivery. Have delivery experience in data centre turnkey projects, including civil work, power supply and distribution systems, HVAC systems, fire extinguishing systems, etc. Being able to coordinate with each subsystem to resolve technical issues quickly to match the project delivery plan.
• Providing technical support for project maintenance, focusing on pain points that affect customer satisfaction, resolving related issues in time according to the contract SLA, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Being customer-centric, identifying key product gaps from the project perspective, drive product improvement, and enhance product competitiveness.

Professional Qualifications

• Have technical backgrounds in data centre solutions and related products, such as civil work, power supply and distribution, UPS, HVAC, fire extinguishing, and so on. Better have preliminary design capabilities for at least one of these systems.
• Have certain project management experience.
• Be conscientious, and proactive, and have good communication and teamwork skills.

C&Q Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronics, HVAC, Energy Storage, etc.
• Have at least three to five years of experience in the data center industry and be familiar with industrial organizations and certification standards, such as TIA-942, and Uptime.
• English as a working language.
