Job Description
- Developing and executing product marketing activities for tractors and/or agricultural machinery.
- Conducting product benchmarking to compare features, performance, and pricing with competitors.
- Gathering and analyzing product market inputs to support further product development and innovation.
- Developing marketing materials, including brochures, videos, product reviews, and digital content.
- Managing the product lifecycle from launch to phase-out, ensuring clear communication of value propositions and competitiveness.
- Supporting the sales team with product knowledge, technical details, and unique selling points.
- Planning and executing promotional activities such as trade shows, road shows, product demonstrations, and product training sessions.
- Monitoring marketing campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications
- Age between 25–45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in agricultural machinery or related industries.
- Confident English communication skills.
- Experience in product benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Strong skills in market analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and online platforms.
- Ability to travel domestically as required.
