Job Description
Our client is in the Electrical Appliances industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large volumes of data from multiple retail sources.
- Generating and automating reports to support retail business performance monitoring.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and Power Query) for efficient data processing.
- Supporting HR-related operations and general administrative tasks.
- Communicating clearly and effectively via Line OA and other platforms with both internal and external parties.
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely data delivery and issue resolution.
- Working onsite at client locations in the Bangkok area once a week.
- Being flexible and available to work on weekends when required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in data analytics.
- Mid-level or specialist proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables to Power Query skills).
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboard).
- Experience in outsourcing services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint at an average level.
- Good communication skills (interacting via Line OA with PC).
