Job Description

• Being driven to create insights and trends to more effectively and efficiently manage tasks.
• Using data analytical skills to help project, analyze, prepare, implement, and execute.
• Consulting and building solutions based on customer requirements.
• Supporting incidents in change or service requests in server farms and private cloud infrastructure.
• Provisioning new resources and configuring Container VMs, OS, and systems on-premise and in cloud infrastructure.
• Working with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and collaborating with related teams.
• Providing support for IT hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Supporting and troubleshooting problems, providing on-site service.
• Migrating data from on-premises to the cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in administrative server, storage, and IT infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server OS, Linux, VMware, and Nutanix.
• Good understanding of Virtual Machines, Hypervisors (VMware), HCI, and Containers.
• Fundamental skills: Windows PowerShell, Active Directory, Linux shell.
• Experience in implementing and setting up systems and servers.
• Knowledge of Domain Controller servers, DNS, WSUS, and Domain Controller-related systems.
• Experience with VEEAM backup and replication.
• Experience in Bash scripting, Python, PHP programming, Service APIs, and system automation.
• Experience in Cloud IaaS management (local or global).
