Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Production Supervisor to oversee production operations, drive continuous improvements, and ensure efficient new launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, process improvement, and Lean manufacturing principles within the automotive or off-road accessories industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• New Model Launch: Leading the production integration of new models, working closely with engineering and R&D teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process enhancements to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
• Production Planning & Control: Developing and managing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while minimizing downtime and costs.
• Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborating with the quality department to maintain high production standards and address any quality issues.
• Cost Optimization: Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all production activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with engineering, procurement, logistics, and other departments to streamline operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in production management or a supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in new model launches, process improvement, and production enhancement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in using ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Metal Fabrication, Welding, Laser cutting, Powder Coating, Painting, and assembly processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards.
• Hands-on experience in implementing automation or digital manufacturing solutions.
