Job Description:

• Overseeing and taking responsibility for the operational planning of seafood manufacturing.
• Planning, developing, proposing, and implementing strategies to align with and support corporate goals and objectives.
• Proactively and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared targets.
• Leading and developing the Planning Team to enhance performance and meet objectives.
• Preparing and submitting regular reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Operations or Material Planning in Food Manufacturing, with at least 3 years of managerial-level experience required.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and passionate about working for success.
• Fair command of English.
