Job Description:
- Overseeing and taking responsibility for the operational planning of seafood manufacturing.
- Planning, developing, proposing, and implementing strategies to align with and support corporate goals and objectives.
- Proactively and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared targets.
- Leading and developing the Planning Team to enhance performance and meet objectives.
- Preparing and submitting regular reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Operations or Material Planning in Food Manufacturing, with at least 3 years of managerial-level experience required.
- Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and passionate about working for success.
- Fair command of English.
