Job Description

Our client is seeking a Hospital Director to oversee the overall management and operations of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services while maintaining efficiency and financial viability.

This role involves strategic planning, staff management, compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the hospital's daily operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the hospital's quality of care and operational efficiency.
  • Managing hospital budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal responsibility.
  • Fostering a positive workplace culture and leading staff development initiatives, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Maintaining relationships with community organizations, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Overseeing quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Ensuring the hospital meets accreditation standards and guidelines established by relevant authorities.
  • Leading crisis management efforts and developing contingency plans for emergencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine.
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferable.
  • 10 years of experience in a hospital management role.
  • Experience in Social Security is a plus.
  • Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and medical practices.
  • Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
