Job Description
We're looking for a Chief of Sales (General Trade) at one of the leading food & beverage businesses based in Chonburi, Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team while overseeing distribution across multiple provinces.
- Drive sales performance, ensuring the team meets daily, monthly, and strategic KPI targets.
- Increase sales volume and enhance product distribution.
- Forecast sales and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Coach and develop the sales team, fostering professional growth and sales expertise.
- Conduct market surveys to analyze competition and identify new strategies or channels to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the F&B or FMCG industry.
- Experience in distributor management is a plus.
- Strong market knowledge with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Highly flexible for business travel and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
- Proficient in office tools for sales reporting and management processes.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
