Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our client's end-to-end supply chain operations. This role involves managing procurement, inventory control, logistics, production planning, risk mitigation, cost efficiency, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, operations, and finance—to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Supplier Management: Identify and engage reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, place orders, and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure the timely acquisition of quality materials at competitive prices.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and reduce excess inventory, ensuring cost-effective inventory management.
• Logistics & Distribution: Develop and oversee transportation plans, manage logistics providers, and streamline warehouse operations for efficient product flow.
• Warehouse Operations: Supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Demand Forecasting & Production Planning: Analyze sales data to predict future demand and align production schedules accordingly to optimize efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identify potential disruptions in the supply chain and implement proactive strategies to mitigate risks.
• Cost Optimization: Develop cost-saving initiatives across procurement, transportation, warehousing, and overall supply chain operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as delivery times, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize analytics and supply chain software to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse management and inventory control systems.
• Familiarity with supply chain software and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Candidates with a background in the food industry will be given special consideration.
