Our client is a business providing software and cloud services for manufacturing systems, investing in the business to solve production system issues in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Managing IoT platform development projects using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Coordinating with global teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitoring and reporting on project KPIs and progress.

Technical Direction:

• Guiding the development of cloud-based systems (GCP, AWS, Azure) and integration with on-premises systems.
• Overseeing the deployment of MES and production management solutions.

Implementation & QA:

• Leading domestic and international system deployments.
• Ensuring robust testing and system reliability.

Optimization:

• Driving improvements using tools like Tableau, Kubernetes, and GitLab.
• Enhancing system performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud-based system development or MES implementation.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Java, Python, and C/C++.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kafka.

Languages:

• Business-level English (required).
• The boss is Japanese.

Other:

• Able to accept a 1-year contract (optional conversion to permanent).

Working Time:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Working on Saturday one day per month).
