Responsibilities:
- Serving as a key player in the full sales lifecycle.
- Establishing credibility as a technology advisor for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Guiding technical discovery to fully grasp customer needs and challenges.
- Delivering technical responses throughout all sales cycle phases.
- Creating and delivering engaging demonstrations and Proof-of-Concepts that align with customer success metrics.
- Collaborating with Lark GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and CSMs) to drive customer transformation.
- Working with Sales, Strategy, Product, and Engineering teams to address customer concerns and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise software implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to exceed performance goals with a self-driven approach.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills for managing projects and sales cycles.
- Ability to navigate global enterprise environments while focusing on local customer needs.
- Strong demonstration skills with a talent for refining solution messaging.
