Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing product information: Connecting with product category managers to regularly input and update product information, including descriptions, specifications, and images based on product announcements.
  • Validating data: Linking existing product information and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product data across all platforms.
  • Managing data flow and tracking: Playing a key role (at the product level) in the data flow to launch SKUs to the website; updating documentation to track the progress of SKU go-lives.
  • Creating PDP (Product Detail Page): Working closely with product category managers to create e-commerce detail pages.
  • Coordinating with external agencies: Working with external agencies on various related work streams, such as content translation and publishing, and facilitating reviews of the work produced with external stakeholders.
  • Supporting marketing projects: Assisting with product books, videos, and other marketing projects.
  • Coordinating across teams: Working closely with multiple stakeholders of DataMart, the product team, engineering, IT, and PIM (Product Information Management) maintenance to integrate data from various sources into the PIM system, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Performing administrative and other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or business administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience and a track record in product database management or product content management for websites or e-commerce.
  • Strong data management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and online collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Well-organized and collaborative personality.
  • Capable of daily communication in English.
