Our client is a service company specializing in engaging with excellent customer service and improving the performance of businesses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making well-balanced decisions and being personally driven to advocate effectively for the platform's community.
- Reviewing content within agreed turnaround times and meeting quality standards.
- Identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in workflows, and suggesting solutions or recommendations.
- Recognizing trends and patterns, and escalating issues that may affect the timely delivery of work.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, with the ability to speak Khmer or Native in Khmer Language.
- New graduates are welcome.
- Good command of both Khmer and English.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Ability to start work immediately.
