Our client is engaged in business operations related to services or technical support, supervision, and providing services to affiliated companies and all company branches. They are also conducting research and development of automotive parts, products, machinery, tools, and automotive equipment.
Job Description
- Receiving and addressing issues reported by local PC-Support (Second-tier support).
- Performing basic checks (as much as possible) and informing the vendor.
- Coordinating and investigating issues with the vendor.
- Following up on cases until completion and reporting to the company.
- Checking and surveying new LAN setups from local PC-Support.
- Coordinating with PC-Support and users to place orders.
- Sending email broadcasts regarding network activities.
- Controlling installation/replacement jobs according to the work plan.
- Conducting on-site work and QA tasks (if needed).
- Possessing basic knowledge of network diagrams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Network, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in networking.
- Proficiency in Network L1, L2, and L3.
- Ability to write emails in English.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays according to the company calendar.
- Ability to accept a 1-year contract.
