Our client is a leading manufacturer of home electrical appliances.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director and handling key responsibilities, including:
- Ensuring raw materials are converted into finished goods for assigned areas/shifts.
- Ensuring the production line meets targets for quality, cost, and production time.
- Implementing improvements and enhancing the efficiency of the production process (Continuous Improvement).
- Analyzing and reducing defects and waste in the production process.
- Ensuring maintenance execution supports production performance.
- Ensuring the integration of metrics across the process.
- Being responsible for compliance with all regulations.
- Ensuring quality systems compliance actions are completed in an effective and timely manner, taking a leadership role in terms of quality.
- Continuously working to improve consumer satisfaction, indicated by reducing consumer compliance rates.
- Ensuring the achievement of all areas/shift KPIs.
- Monitoring project plans and status to ensure completion.
- Being responsible for talent management processes for operations employees.
- Making strategic decisions, considering immediate and long-term implications, benefits, costs, and risks associated with decision alternatives.
- Reducing workplace accidents and creating a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, especially in the air conditioning or electronics industry.
- Knowledge of Production Management, Equipment & Tools, and Production techniques in continuous improvement programs.
- Good knowledge of ERP, SAP, and Power BI.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
