Job Description
PRTR is currently working with a client to hire talent for the SAP Integration Lead position.
The ideal candidate will have experience in full project implementation and integration on a large scale. The project is expected to kick off in Q2, and we anticipate onboarding in May.
Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting the Integration Team Kickoff Meeting to ensure all functional integration leaders understand their roles and responsibilities during the transition period.
- Assisting with the launch of functional integration teams to ensure they understand their charters and are organized for success.
- Briefing the acquired management team and client to ensure they understand the integration process and its impact.
- Escalating issues requiring senior-level input to ensure they are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Managing interdependencies between functions to prioritize and sequence activities correctly.
- Evaluating integration risks and mitigating them to the most reasonable extent possible.
- Ensuring exit criteria are met.
- Documenting any hand-offs to business line leaders at the end of the transition period.
- Capturing lessons learned and providing recommendations for future acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related major.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an IT environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in S/4 HANA integration.
- At least 1 full-cycle SAP or platform integration implementation experience.
- At least 1 full-cycle work experience related to analysis, design, and maintaining data consistency and continuity between enterprise resource management systems and utility systems.
- Experience in SAP Process Integration / Process Orchestration and Cloud Platform Integration is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience in the utility or oil & gas industry is a plus.
- Expertise in the following modules: FI, CO, AA, ADS, MM, PS, PM, HR, CM.
