Job Description

PRTR is a recruitment company that has been operating since 1990. We specialize in talent acquisition and provide expert human resource consulting services to both Thai and international organizations.

Position: Recruiter Supervisor

Location: Ao Udom, Chonburi
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit candidates for assigned positions through various job platforms such as JobThai, Jobbkk, JobsDB, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Update candidate profiles in the company's internal system and forward resumes to client companies for interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and select candidates who meet the client's requirements.
  • Inform candidates of interview results and follow up until they officially start working with the client company.
  • Achieve assigned KPIs, such as submitting a certain number of resumes per week and meeting monthly targets for successful placements.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience with a strong focus for the complete cycle of Recruitment is a must.
  • Strong experience in professional and technical expertise for managing recruitment processes from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing to deliver headcount targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, High problem-solving skill, Good logical thinking, Multitask skill, Proactive personality, Detail-oriented approach are preferred.
  • Computer literacy: MS Office
  • Good command of English
  • Understanding in the Recruitment Agency field.
