PRTR Recruitment supports our American client, a leader in commercial washing machines The company invents, designs, manufactures, and distributes high-quality commercial washers and dryers to solve consumer laundry problems.

Responsibilities:

• Verifying user interface and machine functionality according to Design Specification(s).
• Designing, supporting, and testing engineering support program software.
• Using simulation and scenario testing.
• Performing testing on test boxes and actual machines.
• Accurately documenting all test activities, including steps, time, methods, and materials.
• Identifying and documenting inconsistencies in the issue tracking system.
• Logging the progress of control and machine verification.
• Maintaining accurate reports of all testing.
• Conducting final validation testing before design freezes and releases.
• Organizing and assisting with lab machine updates.
• Communicating clearly with firmware developers and other software evaluators to ensure issues are identified and corrected.
• Recommending upgrades for existing systems and programs.
• Developing flowcharts, diagrams, how-to’s, and other visual aids for engineering programs.

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality, 30-37 years old.
• 3+ years of work experience as a Firmware Tester.
• Must-have skills: Experience with issue-tracking systems (YouTrack, GitHub).
• Good English speaking skills (work with the USA) *Fair level not acceptable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
