As the Head of IT (Emerging Technologies) - AI, you will be leading the strategic direction of solution engineering, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative technology solutions.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving solution architecture, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining and communicating the solution vision and strategy.
• Leading and mentoring solution engineering teams.
• Overseeing the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions.
• Staying ahead of industry trends to drive innovation.
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Tracking and optimizing performance using KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in solution engineering and system integration.
• Experience managing teams of 80+ people.
• Strong strategic, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in software architecture, DevOps, cloud-native solutions, and data technologies.
• Hands-on experience with big data, AI/ML, DataOps, and consulting engagements.
