Job Description:

As the Accounting Manager for ERP Project Implementation, you will be leading and overseeing the successful integration of ERP systems within the company’s accounting functions. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, managing risks, and driving results that align with the company’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the end-to-end ERP implementation process for accounting functions.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring milestones are met within timelines and budget.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure system requirements are met.
• Providing leadership in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process optimization.
• Driving continuous improvements in financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or AIS (preferred).
• Proven experience as a project manager, specifically in leading ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and practices.
• Excellent skills in risk management, project planning, and execution.
• Result-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
