Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring advanced bookings and assigning them to drivers effectively.
  • Communicating with passengers to manage expectations if no driver is available.
  • Ensuring optimal service delivery for both passengers and drivers in advanced booking scenarios.
  • Resolving customer issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Managing stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Delivering accurate and high-quality customer service consistently.

Requirements

  • Open to fresh graduates; 2-3 years of customer service experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (Chinese proficiency is a bonus) with strong communication skills.
  • Flexible working hours five days a week, including rotating shifts (24/7) and public holidays.
  • Proven customer support or live chat handling skills, with excellent typing speed (Thai & English: 35 WPM).
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Capable of managing stressful situations with professionalism and adaptability.
