Our client is seeking a Production Leader with strong Chinese language skills to join their manufacturing facility in Saraburi Province.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production line operations and ensuring efficient workflow while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing production line staff, ensuring adherence to production plans, and monitoring attendance, leave, and punctuality.
• Overseeing and optimizing production processes to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Developing and implementing production plans aligned with customer demands and requirements.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitoring and reporting on production performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent).
• 2-3 years of experience in production line management or production planning.
• Understanding manufacturing processes and concepts.
• Good Chinese language communication skills (a must).
• Ability to work at the plant in Saraburi Province.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
