Key Responsibilities:
Partner Performance Monitoring:
- Tracking and evaluating delivery partners’ performance based on SLA metrics such as on-time delivery and order accuracy.
- Identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement plans in collaboration with partners.
Issue Resolution:
- Acting as the first point of contact for delivery partners to address operational concerns or disputes.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure partners receive the necessary support for smooth operations.
Operational Support:
- Conducting regular check-ins with partners to assess their capacity, resource needs, and operational challenges.
- Providing training and guidance on our processes and technology tools to enhance partner efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Preparing performance reports and analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement or expansion.
- Providing feedback and recommendations to the Partnership Manager on partner-related strategies.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in partner management, vendor relations, or logistics operations.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SLA monitoring and data reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Thailand’s logistics landscape and regional characteristics.
