Responsibilities:

• Acting as the liaison between IT and business teams, translating business needs into IT product requirements.
• Supporting product strategy, design, testing, and deployment.
• Creating and delivering training materials for end users and support teams.
• Developing business use cases and managing change to maximize product adoption.
• Defining and validating Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to ensure business value.
• Identifying functionality gaps and automation opportunities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design secure, compliant IT solutions.
• Conducting workshops to refine and prioritize business demands into actionable IT requirements.
• Advising on solution options, risks, and business impacts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in roles such as Business Consultant, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst, with expertise in solutions.
• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong project management skills; Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and experience working in global teams.
