Responsibilities:
- Acting as the liaison between IT and business teams, translating business needs into IT product requirements.
- Supporting product strategy, design, testing, and deployment.
- Creating and delivering training materials for end users and support teams.
- Developing business use cases and managing change to maximize product adoption.
- Defining and validating Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to ensure business value.
- Identifying functionality gaps and automation opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design secure, compliant IT solutions.
- Conducting workshops to refine and prioritize business demands into actionable IT requirements.
- Advising on solution options, risks, and business impacts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in roles such as Business Consultant, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst, with expertise in solutions.
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong project management skills; Sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and experience working in global teams.
