Job Description
- Creating and delivering learning programs for employees.
- Designing training programs that match the needs of different teams and departments.
- Ensuring learning programs help employees gain the skills they need now and in the future.
- Working with internal teams and external trainers to develop training materials.
- Partnering with teams to create customized training solutions.
- Developing and rolling out learning plans to improve IT skills.
- Finding training providers and managing the training process.
- Promoting IT learning programs to employees.
- Leading virtual and in-person training sessions for different groups.
- Sharing learning opportunities through clear communication plans.
- Supporting a workplace culture that encourages continuous learning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, such as IT or Learning & Development.
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Experience in creating and organizing training programs.
- Skilled at leading training sessions, both online and in person.
- Understanding how adults learn and how to coach others.
- Experience in training and supporting other trainers.
- A background in IT or technical training is a significant advantage.
- Good at building relationships with different teams and leaders.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
- Positive and proactive attitude, always seeking to improve.
