PRTR IT Recruitment is looking for an Application Support (ERP) to join our client.
Job Description:
- Provide first and second-level support for ERP-related issues raised by end-users.
- Analyze and resolve system problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Log, track, and manage support requests in a ticketing system.
- Monitor ERP system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Perform regular system health checks and routine maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors or third-party support teams for advanced troubleshooting.
- Train users on ERP functionalities, updates, and best practices.
- Assist in the deployment of new modules, patches, and upgrades.
- Test system changes and updates to ensure functionality aligns with business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in an Application Support role.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with ERP (Icon) system integration and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work at the office in Chatuchak, Monday to Friday.
