Job Description
Our client is an international FMCG manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Creating production plans based on customer needs and resource availability.
- Leading and training a productive team with clear roles and responsibilities.
- Identifying and resolving inefficiencies to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensuring product compliance through quality systems and timely issue resolution.
- Analyzing and reducing production costs by optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
- Implementing safety measures and conducting regular training to ensure workplace safety.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager, including at least 2 years in a highly regulated industry.
- Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Expertise in implementing GMP, FSSC22000, and other regulatory standards.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and process optimization skills.
