Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Developing New Product Growth Strategy: Leading the creation and execution of strategies to drive the growth of a new product, ensuring its successful market entry and expansion.
  • Leading New Product Development (NPD): Overseeing the NPD process from initial discovery through to post-launch, with a strong focus on leveraging consumer insights to create innovative and market-leading products.
  • Acquiring and Applying Consumer & Market Insights: Ensuring ongoing acquisition and application of strong consumer and market insights through regular consumer research and market visits, using these insights to inform and drive new product development.
  • Coordinating with Stakeholders: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensuring Compliance and Standards: Adhering to company regulations and maintaining all implemented standard systems.
  • Exploring New Projects: Identifying and exploring new project opportunities to drive innovation and growth within the product group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing research or related fields.
  • Gender: Male/Female, 30-40 years old.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related product development tasks (FMCG).
  • Focus on New Product Development, end-to-end; food experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A good command of English is required, as communication with the CEO may be necessary.
