Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR & Admin Manager who will play a key role in driving the success of our organization. This individual will lead by example, actively participating in daily operations while guiding and motivating the HR and Admin team to achieve company goals. The role is responsible for managing all aspects of HR and Administration, serving as a business partner to all departments, and ensuring alignment with global standards and local needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

  • Talent Acquisition & Retention

    • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
    • Developing strategies to retain key employees and reduce turnover.
  • Employee Development & Engagement

    • Designing and implementing career development plans and training programs.
    • Motivating employees and fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Driving employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • HR Operations & Compliance

    • Ensuring compliance with Thai Labor Law and other relevant regulations.
    • Handling payroll processing and compensation & benefits administration.
    • Overseeing disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and workplace policies.
  • Talent Management

    • Leading talent review processes and succession planning.
    • Identifying high-potential employees and implementing development plans.
  • Performance Management

    • Overseeing the performance appraisal process and providing coaching to managers.
    • Setting clear KPIs and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Administration Management

  • Supervising the Administration team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Managing office facilities, vendor contracts, and other administrative functions.
  • Developing efficient processes to optimize administrative workflows.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Serving as a strategic partner to leadership and other departments, contributing to overall business goals.
  • Planning, managing, and implementing global projects and aligning them with local requirements.
  • Actively participating in planning sessions, presenting HR strategies and data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborating with global teams to localize and implement group initiatives effectively.

Team Management

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of two subordinates:
    • Senior HR Officer.
    • Admin Officer.
  • Leading by example, working alongside the team to accomplish tasks.
  • Fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Key Qualifications:

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR and Admin experience, with managerial responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability in talent management, employee development, and engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing HR strategies and aligning them with business goals.

Leadership & Communication

  • Hands-on leadership style, able to lead by doing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.

Adaptability

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Global Collaboration

  • Experience in coordinating with global teams to implement localized solutions.
  • Familiarity with global HR projects and initiatives.

Language Proficiency

  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
