Job Description:
- Analyzing MFG plant requirements and working with the SEA HR COE team to develop and execute solutions, programs, and policies related to TA, L&D, OD, HRIS, ER, and C&B.
- Assisting the MFG plant in analyzing and managing people process improvement projects, manpower issue analysis, organizational unit restructures, workforce planning, HR report analysis, and succession planning.
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Conducting necessary interviews, such as performance, talent, and exit interviews.
- Managing and providing recommendations for complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations when necessary to ensure compliance with company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources (Recruitment and Training).
- Good command of English. (Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage).
- Ability to work in Chachoengsao Province.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:40 - 17:25 (On-site only).
