RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Focus: Engagement, HRD, and HRBP)

  • Employee Engagement:
    • Developing and implementing programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Organizing team-building, wellness, and recognition activities.
    • Conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and acting on results.
  • Human Resource Development (HRD):
    • Designing and delivering training and leadership development programs.
    • Establishing career development paths and individual growth plans.
    • Overseeing performance management and improvement initiatives.
  • HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
    • Aligning HR strategies with business goals and organizational needs.
    • Providing consultative support on talent management and employee relations.
    • Leading change management initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, HRD, and HRBP functions.
  • Strong background in talent management, training, and organizational development.
  • Expertise in employee engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage change and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.

 

Company Benefits:

  • OPD at Baht 1,200 per visit (30 visits per policy, pro-rated for employees joining during the year)
  • IPD at Baht 1,800 per day
  • ER at Baht 4,000 per accident
  • Annual Leave (Vacation): 15 working days once the probation period is completed (pro-rated)
  • Business Leave: 3 days with pay
