Job Description:
- Overseeing local AP processing and organizing payments, ensuring quality maintenance at every step for both Platform and Logistic companies.
- Reviewing, reconciling, and preparing local tax returns (P.P.36, P.N.D.3, P.N.D.53, and P.N.D.54).
- Inputting VAT reports and following up on tax invoices.
- Ensuring that all financial deadlines related to accounts payable are met for month/quarter/year-end financial closing, including BS reconciliation with Regional Finance.
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Coordinating with the Operation Team and Overseas Shared Service Center team.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts payable and payment functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines/SOX.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 2-4 years of experience in Accounting.
- Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to start immediately will be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate fairly in English (both writing and speaking).
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Word).
- Familiarity with SAP would be an advantage.
- Experience in monthly closing would be a plus.
