We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to oversee data migration and quality processes for a transformative global technology initiative. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in ERP systems, data governance, and process improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data readiness and support the successful deployment of a new ERP system, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing strategies for efficient data migration and quality assurance.
• Leading efforts to identify and address data inconsistencies and defects.
• Coordinating activities related to mock data loads, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution.
• Overseeing the creation and maintenance of data quality standards and related documentation.
• Supporting training initiatives to improve understanding of new data models and processes.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align data strategies with project goals.
• Ensuring timely delivery of all data-related project milestones.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in ERP or large-scale system implementations.
• Proficient in managing master data objects and utilizing data quality tools.
• Strong understanding of data transformation, governance, and integration.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve complex data processes.
• Skilled in leading cross-functional teams in diverse, international settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Thai.
• Proven experience in driving process improvements and delivering results.
