Responsibilities
- Conducting daily monitoring, reviews, and assessments, preparing documentation, and measuring quality performance.
- Reviewing, tracking, and managing the implementation & efficiency of all quality monitoring procedures and inspection systems.
- Conducting reviews of individual/team capability to ensure quality performance meets targets.
- Reviewing client claims and non-compliance issues.
- Conducting data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Identifying and implementing best practices that are appropriate and applicable to improving overall quality.
- Developing, recommending, and monitoring corrective & preventive actions.
- Evaluating and auditing team quality, including both internal and external reports.
- Work Location: Phraya Suren Road, MRT Bang Chan (Pink Line); will move to Unilever Building, MRT Praram9 (within 3 months).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good command of English (Upper Intermediate Level to Advanced).
- Experience in Quality Analyst ,Content Moderation or any position in Customer Services is advantage.
- Able to work in shifts (5 working days, 2 days off),
- Able to work during Thailand Public Holidays as requested.
