Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
  • Providing attentive and personalized service to all guests.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of spirits and specialty foods.
  • Assessing and restocking wine and spirit collections as needed.
  • Ensuring the safety and hygiene standards of the household are upheld.
  • Organizing social and family events with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Caring for the household's guests and visitors, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Serving beverages, refreshments, and meals with precision and grace.
  • Handling and caring for silver, chinaware, antiques, and other specialty items.
  • Traveling domestically and overseas from time to time.
  • Performing all duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanour.
  • Completing any additional tasks as assigned by the House Manager and Chairman.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a hotel/resort butler, restaurant supervisor, or executive club lounge supervisor.
  • Proficient in English for business communication.
  • Knowledgeable about spirits and international food; proficiency in Italian food is an advantage.
  • Service-minded and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and planning skills.
