Our client is one of the leading supplement manufacturing companies in Thailand.

The company is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Preventive Maintenance Manager to join their team.

Job Description:

• Inspecting production machinery and providing effective training to technicians on proper inspection techniques.
• Planning and managing preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with the production team to analyze machinery issues, developing solutions, and implementing long-term preventive measures.
• Leading and implementing improvement projects for machinery and production equipment to enhance yield and minimize losses over time.
• Monitoring and controlling machinery energy usage to meet established standards and achieve set targets.
• Evaluating the performance of team members under your supervision and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in preventive maintenance of machines, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, etc.
• Experience in manufacturing food and beverages is a must.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, etc.).
• Experience in leading teams, driving engagement, and developing direct reports.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
