Responsibilities
- Driving and expanding new clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Controlling end-to-end sales processes, including conducting sales calls, presenting services, calculating costs, proposing agreements, and closing sales.
- Implementing effective direct sales strategies.
- Providing sales management, controlling the budget, and supporting sales activities.
- Establishing effective relationships with customers and collaborating with other departments.
- Training and coaching the sales team to improve sales performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sciences, Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in B2B and 3 years of direct experience in outsourcing services, project sales, IT solutions, or any related project.
- Sales experience in projects, outsourcing, hospitality, logistics, IT, engineering, or a similar relevant field.
- Possessing leadership skills and the ability to work with a team.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
