Our client is a business in the clothing retail industry.

Job Details:

• Planning human resource management department strategies.
• Overseeing all HR functions, including HRM and HRD.
• Managing salary structure, compensation and benefits, recruitment processes, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
• Creating a positive culture and work environment.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR, including HRM and HRD, with experience in the retail industry preferred.
• Knowledge of labour law.
• Strong management skills.
