Our client is a business in the clothing retail industry.
Job Details:
- Planning human resource management department strategies.
- Overseeing all HR functions, including HRM and HRD.
- Managing salary structure, compensation and benefits, recruitment processes, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Creating a positive culture and work environment.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR, including HRM and HRD, with experience in the retail industry preferred.
- Knowledge of labour law.
- Strong management skills.
