Job Description

  • Providing dedicated support to 3-4 ExCom members.
  • Scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and events while preparing necessary reports and materials.
  • Maintaining and organizing records, databases, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries, for seamless planning.
  • Facilitating communication within teams, customers, and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ensuring a high standard of customer service is consistently maintained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Personal Assistant role within a mid-size or large company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
  • High accuracy in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
