Role Overview:
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of PMO drives the multi-product expansion strategy, ensuring operational excellence, risk management, and cross-functional alignment to deliver critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-product infrastructure implementation (Offshore Trading, Bonds, Structured Products, etc.).
• Oversee back-office system integration for scalability and compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
• Manage e-service and mobile platform launches to enhance user experience.
• Consolidate portfolio tools for streamlined sales operations.
• Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and provide actionable executive insights.

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive PMO leadership in financial services, with expertise in multi-product platforms.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Proven success in delivering high-quality, timely projects.

Preferred: Experience with mobile platforms and data integration.
