Responsibilities
- Coordinating with relevant teams to gather and prepare business and system requirements related to web and mobile applications.
- Reviewing functional specification (FS) documents to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Interpreting functional specifications (FS) into test plans and preparing test cases and test scenarios.
- Conducting UAT and checking system functionality and UAT results evidence.
- Logging defects, clarifying issues, and updating progress in the defect dashboard. Working with both regional and local teams to check all defect statuses and update progress reports.
- Preparing supporting documents to help the team and users, such as UAT guidelines and user manuals. Providing training to users when implementing new system modules.
- Performing other assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Software Tester, Quality Assurance professional, or in a related field.
- Familiarity with QA methodology and software development frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work from home for 2 days and at the office for 3 days.
