Our client is an insurance company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with relevant teams to gather and prepare business and system requirements related to web and mobile applications.
• Reviewing functional specification (FS) documents to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Interpreting functional specifications (FS) into test plans and preparing test cases and test scenarios.
• Conducting UAT and checking system functionality and UAT results evidence.
• Logging defects, clarifying issues, and updating progress in the defect dashboard. Working with both regional and local teams to check all defect statuses and update progress reports.
• Preparing supporting documents to help the team and users, such as UAT guidelines and user manuals. Providing training to users when implementing new system modules.
• Performing other assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Tester, Quality Assurance professional, or in a related field.
• Familiarity with QA methodology and software development frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work from home for 2 days and at the office for 3 days.
