Job Description
- Meeting and advising existing clients on PRTR’s range of services, responding to new clients’ requests for information, and actively seeking new clients.
- Carrying out recruitment projects, planning resources to complete projects, sourcing, approaching, and interviewing candidates, and offering them new job opportunities.
- Ensuring the end-to-end cycle of recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
- Managing the talent hub through job boards and procuring the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database.
- Designing and implementing job descriptions and engaging with potential candidates on social media platforms.
- Assisting in negotiations with candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- At least 2 years of work experience, ideally in a recruitment firm, sales, sales coordination, customer service, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn and take risks to deliver exceptional results.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle performance targets.
- Mature, professional appearance; active, highly motivated, service-minded, creative, and able to work independently.
- Well-organized, with the ability to multi-task and complete projects on time to the satisfaction of both clients and candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a good command of both spoken and written English.
Company Benefits
- OPD at Baht 1,200 per visit (30 visits per policy, pro-rated for employees joining during the year).
- IPD at Baht 1,800 per day.

- Annual Leave (Vacation): 15 working days after completing the probation period (pro-rated).
