We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer specializing in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions or HVAC systems, with strong technical and pre-sales capabilities for high-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting pre-sales technical consultations for IAQ product solutions or HVAC systems.
- Collaborating with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Design teams to develop precise technical specifications.
- Engaging directly with clients, primarily in high-rise residential segments like condominiums.
- Developing comprehensive technical specifications (spec-in) for IAQ systems or HVAC systems.
- Managing vendor list integration into Technical Operational Requirements (TOR).
- Capturing and translating client technical requirements into actionable design parameters.
- Performing on-site client consultations and technical presentations.
- Creating and reviewing technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Supporting design and interpretation of architectural and engineering blueprints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Air Conditioning or HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of collaboration with design firms and architectural consultants.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (design and blueprint reading).
- Strong understanding of HVAC/IAQ systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both technical and client-facing environments.
- Familiarity with M&E design processes.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
