We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join the team in the Enterprise Government sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth project delivery. This role is essential for building strong relationships, analyzing market data, and promoting innovative products and solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and evaluating marketing data for the designated sector and industry.
- Fostering and expanding relationships with new and existing customers.
- Overseeing and managing all activities related to key accounts.
- Understanding customer needs and collaborating with management, product, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Driving the achievement of financial KPIs for the account.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Sales, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in direct sales/account management within the telecommunications industry.
- Skilled in creating new business models for customers through the use of emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Strong command of both spoken and written English.
