Job Description

PRTR is partnering with a leading company in Thailand and is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA.

As an Oracle DBA, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing Oracle Retail applications and infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

  • Managing Database Administration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Retail applications like MOM, Store, Planning, and RIB.
  • Overseeing Middleware Management: Overseeing WebLogic middleware and Oracle systems on-premises and in the cloud (Exadata, AWS, Azure).
  • Optimizing Performance: Tuning database performance, managing indexing, and ensuring high availability with RAC and Data Guard.
  • Ensuring Security and Replication: Managing replication tools (GoldenGate) and security solutions (OID, OIM).
  • Administering Reporting Platforms: Administering reporting platforms such as OBIEE and MicroStrategy.

What You Need:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Exadata, RAC, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong skills in database optimization, backup/recovery, and security.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Shell scripting, and automation tools.
