Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing customer needs and requirements, and proposing suitable IT solutions that meet their expectations and budget.
- Following up, updating, and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Preparing and maintaining sales documents, technical documents, and proposals, with a strong understanding of the bidding process and contracts for IT projects with government clients.
- Collaborating with engineering and development teams to develop software solutions based on clients’ needs.
- Providing technical training and support to customers and sales teams during and after the implementation of IT solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in software solutions sales, particularly within the government sector.
- Ability to manage and develop the sales process and bidding process until closed sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and build a sales team.
