Job Summary
- Preparing consolidated and separate financial statements, disclosures, and other information for subsidiary companies following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and policies to ensure the correct and effective use of the Company and its subsidiaries. This must be done according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and delivered to both internal and external parties to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Job Description
- Preparing consolidated and separate financial statements, disclosures, and other information on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis following GAAP and company policies, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of the Company and subsidiaries’ financial status.
- Complying with the accounting policy and general accounting procedures of the Company to ensure efficiency, accuracy, standardization, and up-to-date practices.
- Maintaining the IT system of the Company to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Preparing and collecting information for accounting closing periods (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Identifying any accounting standards gaps between affiliated company accounting standards and adjusting to ensure compliance.
- Complying with and maintaining the chart of accounts.
- Analyzing and checking the outstanding balances of account codes.
- Providing accounting standards and suggesting accounting entries to related functions.
- Coordinating with auditors to facilitate the review and audit of consolidated and separate financial statements, disclosures, and other information.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting.
