Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the systematic storage of tax documents.
- Verifying and ensuring the completeness of all components in tax invoices.
- Establishing and maintaining organized filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Collaborating with relevant teams to gather and update necessary information.
- Conducting periodic checks to confirm accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of tax-related documents.
- Facilitating efficient access to documents during tax audits or reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience related to tax invoices/receipts.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- High responsibility and cooperation skills.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
