Job Description:

• Overseeing and managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Ensuring efficient workflow and optimizing warehouse layout for maximum productivity.
• Implementing and maintaining best practices for warehouse organization and safety standards.
• Conducting regular inventory cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accurate records.
• Implementing inventory control systems and procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Monitoring inventory levels and reordering stock as needed to avoid stockouts.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing warehouse team.
• Assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods meet quality standards.
• Implementing quality control measures to prevent product damage and defects.
• Coordinating with logistics providers to schedule shipments and deliveries.
• Preparing shipping documents and labels accurately and efficiently.
• Monitoring shipping costs and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
• Enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management for automotive parts or electronics components manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Results- and objectives-oriented.
• Good team player.
