Role Summary

The Business Intelligence Center Analyst transforms data into actionable insights, identifying trends and opportunities that support strategic decision-making. This role combines expertise in data analytics and business processes to drive operational improvements and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Developing dashboards and reports to aid stakeholder decision-making.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining data management processes.
• Identifying KPIs and providing recommendations for business performance.
• Staying updated on business intelligence trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project management and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of business strategy and financial analysis.
